Coding for Risk and Quality in Value Based Contracts with a Focus on Diabetes

The goal of this session is to review hierarchical coding for risk by using Diabetes Mellitus as the disease focus with emphasis on its co-morbidities and complications and their relevance in reporting of MIPS and ACO quality measures.

CPT-4 Category I and II codes, and ICD-10-CM 2018 rules and guideline changes will be covered. 

This class is designed and available only for participating MetroCare physician members’ staff.  Please bring your CPT-4 and ICD-10-CM manuals to class for participation in the exercises.
