Diabetes Coding for Risk and Quality in Value Based Contracts

The goal of this session is to review Diabetes Mellitus coding with emphasis on co-morbidities, complications, hierarchical coding for risk, and reporting of MIPS and ACO quality measures.

CPT-4, Category I and II codes, and ICD-10-CM rules and 2017 guideline changes will be covered. 

Due to the importance of this topic, we have scheduled two sessions to accommodate your schedules and may add more as needed.  

This session is designed and available only for participating MetroCare physician members’ staff.  Please bring your CPT-4 and ICD-10-CM manuals to class for participation in the exercises.
