New Employee Orientation on April 21

Training is an essential part of any job, and having the time to do it thoroughly is usually the obstacle.   Don’t you wish there was someone to do the basic training of your new employee? 

 If someone could teach:

  • Customer Service & Teamwork: Emphasizing attitudes of teamwork, competence, compassion, professionalism and dedication
  • OSHA: Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace through sound work practices and adherence to OSHA standards
  • Insurance Compliance Basics:  Knowledge of the basics of reimbursement, and coding and billing compliance in a medical practice
  • HIPAA: Protecting patient privacy and practice confidentiality and compliance
