Overview of Advanced Medical Terminology

With the complexity of ICD-10-CM code terminology and addition of many new 2018 ICD-10-CM codes, reviewing the process of breaking words into their word parts will facilitate the understanding of medical terminology.  More in-depth terminology will be discussed for a better comprehension of procedures, conditions, disorders, and diseases.

Practice exercises in this session will aid with spelling and pronunciation of terms.  Join expert Karen Scott to update terminology skills to aid with your coding responsibilities and challenges.
