In patients with type 2 diabetes, delay in treatment initiation or intensification, or even deintensification when needed, leads to significant microvascular and macrovascular damage faster than one might think.

Dr. Matt Strum will review current recommendations for increasing therapy and using insulin when appropriate and address the increased importance of tighter control during this time of COVID-19 risk.

This program is targeted for all clinicians/physicians involved in ordering/prescribing for diabetics.
