Risk adjustment directly affects shared savings in value-based contracts as well as risk scoring for MIPS.

MetroCare is again sponsoring Steve Adams, a certified coding and auditing professional with 30 years of experience in military, private, and government sectors of healthcare, to present two seminars in Memphis on April 20, 2022.

Steve has a special certification in HCC/MIPS training and in Risk Adjustment Coding.

A late afternoon coding seminar will be presented for billers and coders, and an evening program will be tailored for physicians and extenders around supporting documentation.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare and MetroCare Physicians.
