Succeeding with Diabetes Comprehensive Quality Care Measures

This brief lunchtime webinar will focus on meeting and reporting the NCQA/HEDIS quality measures for diabetes care that are the same across all payer contract types, whether commercial or CMS. Special attention will be given to the Attention to Nephropathy guidelines, which are not adequately met in our network. Improvement in this group of measures can significantly improve quality scores with value-based commercial contracts and MIPS for Medicare, while delivering better diabetes-focused preventive care for a significant portion of the Memphis area population.
