Effective May 1, 2026, Fresenius Kidney Care became the preferred dialysis provider for the Cigna Client-Specific Network (CSN), but DaVita is still in network with other Cigna plans. Details here

NEW Cigna Clearity Plan Effective July 1:
Cigna has announced a new plan similar in many ways to the Surest plan from UHC. It has no deductible or coinsurance and the copay is variable by provider with Prior Auth/Online Benefits Verification/Claims Status through Allegiance. All Cigna OAP plan participants are in network.
