The evaluation and management (e/m) patient visit is the foundation of most physician practices. Uncertainty in choosing the correct Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code for the visit can result in lost revenue or possibly trigger an audit.

This seminar will help you document and code accurately to reflect services rendered, support medical necessity, and relate performance measures. Frequently used ICD-10-CM codes will also be reviewed.
