Improper coding of Evaluation and Management office visit services is identified by CERT as one of the top three errors in the E & M service categories.  Understanding the process and guidelines that determine the appropriate code choice is imperative. Join us as the class discusses the procedure of assigning the appropriate evaluation and management CPT code for services rendered.

Examples will be reviewed and utilization of the Medicare 1995 and 1997 guidelines will be discussed by expert, Karen Scott.
