With audits increasing it is time to review and address compliance issues. None is more important than the required Practice Compliance Plan to deter fraud, waste, and abuse in Federal programs. This session will review the components of the OIG Compliance format as well as cover the process of the development of a practice plan.

- Areas of risk
- Importance of a written compliance manual
- Fraud and Abuse definitions with examples
- Training requirements for staff
- Writing practice policies and procedures
