Appropriate use of a 25 modifier has been causing confusion and presenting coding compliance issues since its inception. Use of this modifier is being heavily audited and payers are beginning to audit and require providers to submit documentation much more frequently than in the past.
Join us for a detailed discussion of proper use. This session is very appropriate for clinicians as well as for coders.
