a full day of reviewing the CPT-4 Manual with: 

Instructions for Manual Use,
Review of sections and best practices for looking up codes.
Brief HCPCS  overview   
progression through coding manual sections
attention to Derm/Orthopaedic / other complicated procedures as well as injectables. Practice coding problems.
Proper use of Modifiers with Coding Exercises and Discussion
