One Hour on Modifier 25 Presented by: Karen Scott, MEd, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, FAHIMAOne Hour on Modifier 25 in 2024 Presented by: Karen Scott, MEd, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, FAHIMA Appropriate use of a 25 modifier has been causing confusion and presenting coding compliance issues since its inception. Use of this modifier is being heavily audited and payers are beginning to require providers to submit documentation much more frequently than in the past. Join us for a detailed discussion of proper use. This session is very appropriate for clinicians as well as for coders.

Place of service codes will also be discussed with some attention to recent telehealth changes.
