Succeeding with the Controlling Hypertension Quality Measure

This brief lunchtime webinar will focus on meeting and reporting the NCQA/HEDIS quality measure for controlling hypertension that is the same across all payer contract types, whether commercial or CMS. Special attention will be given to proper coding for complicated hypertension, which seems to be affecting success in our network. Improvement in attention to patients who qualify for this measure can help prevent or delay the significant vascular damage that brings about chronic problems affecting the quality and length of their lives while improving physician quality scores with value-based commercial contracts and MIPS for Medicare
