New tactics are being used by payers to lower the E&M levels that you report and pay at that lower level. AI sisstance makes combing through medical records so much easier to deny for documentation. Karen will review in detail and lead a discussion around what constitutes E&M levels 4 and 5 and how you can best document to protect your claims coding based on medical decision making.
