Overview: Disasters take many forms. Weather, computer system failures, pandemics and severe staff shortages are but a few, the well-prepared practice executive must consider. In this presentation, addressed are the steps for a successful response and recovery. Also included are the warning signs for workplace violence along with tips to safely navigate such unexpected events.
