Coding ENT and Plastic Surgery In 2025

This class will review coding processes, rules, and regulations related to Otolaryngology and some common plastic surgery procedures.  Along with chapter specific terminology and anatomy, Karen will address coding conventions with special attention to sequencing guidelines and rules. Frequently used diagnoses for disorders, diseases, and conditions of Otolaryngology will be reviewed.Practice coding exercises will be an important section of the class and will assist in reinforcing the material covered.   Please bring your CPT4 and ICD-10-CM manual to class for participation in the exercises.

As healthcare trends away from patient satisfaction toward the patient experience, it is important for physicians, practice executives and staff to understand how this shift in ideology will affect their practice.
